The brand wanted to sell online and coincidentally it timed well with the pandemic when masks, sanitisers and other hygiene-related products were in huge demand. The company went live with the website in apt time which generated big online business.



Provided the company with a non-template designed and developed e-commerce platform. Various exercises were done to connect the dots involving various stakeholders such as retailers, distributors, partners, customers and the brand. The problem statement was defined to establish the key point of view which became the basis of arriving at the design concept and solution.

The products were classified under 7-8 important categories so it is simple enough for the user to navigate and purchase the product. The key USPs & benefits of the portal were illustrated through icons. A quick cart panel slides out to minimize the effort of the user going to the cart page. The hover effect on the homepage helps the user to focus on the highlighted category.
